I wanted to let you know that the activation server is now back online and functioning normally.

Our investigation found that the database underwent maintenance, which caused the connection to be closed and resulted in the activation service becoming unavailable. This had not surfaced previously because the database on the older Windows Server 2012 environment was never upgraded and therefore did not encounter the same behavior.

We are currently working on a permanent fix to ensure the activation service can recover properly from future database maintenance events and to help prevent similar disruptions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore service.

The AcuFill Activation server was down during maintenance. Customers were unable to activate their PCs.
