This had not surfaced previously because the database on the older Windows Server 2012 environment was never upgraded and therefore did not encounter the same behavior.\n\nWe are currently working on a permanent fix to ensure the activation service can recover properly from future database maintenance events and to help prevent similar disruptions.\n\nWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore service.","postmortem_body_last_updated_at":"2026-08-07T15:19:58.240Z","postmortem_ignored":false,"postmortem_published_at":"2026-08-07T15:19:58.240Z","postmortem_notified_subscribers":false,"postmortem_notified_twitter":false,"components":[]}]
